These Terms and Conditions relate to Garador (The Promotor's) competition Wednesday 29 June to Sunday 31
July 2016. Information on how to enter form part of these Terms and Conditions. By
entering the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Competition closes at 10.00pm on Sunday 31 July 2016. After this date no further entries to the
competition will be permitted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received
for whatever reason. The winners’ names will be published on our website. The winners
will be contacted by Tuesday, 26 July 2016.
Only New Zealand residents are eligible to enter. Employees and retailers of Garador, B&D Doors or associated brands, their advertising and promotional agencies and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will
There are FOUR types of prizes to choose from only. The prizes consist of 1 of 10 x
Turtlewax Starter Packs valued at $64.00 each, 1 x $200 Rebel Sport voucher, 1 x Rhino
4 Stroke Motor Mower and 1 x Brewshop Home Brew Kit Starter Pack to be won. No
prizes or parts of prizes are transferable for cash.
To be eligible to enter the competition, you need to be 21 years of age or over. All
winners will be required to provide photo ID as proof of age.
The prize chosen on the entry form is the prize that will be delivered via courier,
signature required. However, prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to
substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by
any third party connected with this competition.
Garador (“Promoter”) reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry. The
Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for submitting inappropriate or
offensive material, or for tampering with the entry process or attempting to act in a
fraudulent or otherwise dishonest manner.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand
Courts. References to time and dates in these Terms and Conditions are references to
New Zealand times and dates.
Only entries complying with these Terms and Conditions are valid. The Promoter has
the sole and final discretion to determine whether an entry is valid.
